The boiler was fitted yesterday, so the heating has been off since Sunday afternoon. It was turned on yesterday afternoon, worked for 10 minutes then broke. So the heating doesn't work anymore. I'm waiting for the engineer to come and fix my *brand new* boiler - and it's been snowing for two days! I AM FREEZING!!! Also, the plumber - when fitting the flue - knocked out an entire pane of glass which smashed over his head!! (0.0)
